Michelle was our Financial Advisor. She was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and extremely proactive throughout the process. Her knowledge and delivery of such alongside her communication skills both verbally and written puts her top of her field. There was no pressure to sway with a certain Institute. Lots of options and information was provided but the figures communicated spoke for themselves. When Interest rates went up mid process, Michelle was so diligent and had communicated with the providers and us and she set out deadline dates to ensure we could close out with the original figures provided. Her communication and responses ensured that the close happen within this deadline. I would highly recommend Michelle if you wanted mortgage advise.
