1. Financial Administrator
This opportunity provides exposure to all aspects of our business, allowing you to develop your technical expertise as well as professional skills. The successful candidate will work closely with our Financial and Mortgage Advisors, assisting with their clients from initial meeting through to delivering a top-class successful service.
About the Role:
- Provide a wide range of support to our Financial Advisors
- Requirement to liaise with clients, Life Companies, Mortgage Lenders, Solicitors and Advisors to manage the workflow efficiently
- Record client information in an accurate and compliant manner
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to our clients
The successful candidate should have most or all of the following characteristics:
- Experience in financial services or a related customer sales/service role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask, manage and prioritise the workload within acceptable deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently & professionally with all stakeholders
- Willingness to learn, take direction, be flexible and adaptable
- Must be organised, have attention to detail & have organisational abilities
- Energy, enthusiasm and ability to work in team environment
- Competent IT skills will also be necessary in this role

2. Financial Advisor
We are looking for a Professional Financial Advisor who is interested in a career with a progressive Financial Broker. The successful candidate will benefit from the opportunities and growth potential offered by our firm.
About the Role:
- Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in management & development of client relationships.
- Complete regular reviews with existing clients to identify and meet their financial needs.
- Establish trust with existing clients
- Enjoy business development to attract new clients
- Provide best advice to clients to meet their financial needs
- Adhere to compliance regulations and standards
- Write financial planning reports & statements of suitability for clients based on our house view and the client specific needs
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Financial Advice i.e., Pensions, Life Assurance, Investments, Mortgages & Retirement funds
The successful candidate should have most or all of the following characteristics:
- Holder of the QFA designation as a minimum
- Commitment to Continuous Professional Development
- Motivated, self-starter with ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn, take direction, be flexible and adaptable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently & professionally with all stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to manage a portfolio of diverse clients
- Competent IT skills will also be necessary in this role
